Do I need to provide power and water?
Yes. As a fully mobile service, we bring all the specialised chemicals, tools, and equipment, but we do require access to a standard garden tap and a 240V electrical outlet to run our pressure washers and extractors.
Do you detail large horse trucks and caravans?
Absolutely! Because horse trucks and caravans vary significantly in size, layout, and condition, we don’t use a flat-rate pricing model for them. Please fill out the enquiry form with your vehicle’s details, and we will provide a custom quote.
What happens if the weather is bad on my booking day?
We are fully equipped to work in standard conditions, but heavy rain, high winds, or extreme weather can impact the quality of the detail and the curing of our sealants. If the weather is unsuitable, we will contact you early in the morning to reschedule your detail to the next available date.
Is there a travel fee to my area?
We offer zero travel fees for our immediate local radius around Croydon HQ. For areas further out, a standard travel surcharge applies to cover fuel and transit time. This is automatically calculated based on your exact address when you use our online booking portal.
